At Natasha Digital Product, we sell 100% digital products, and we work hard to ensure every customer receives the correct files in good working condition.
Please read our Refund & Replacement Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Digital Products – No Physical Delivery

All items sold on the website are digital downloads, such as:

  • Ebooks

  • Study materials

  • Business guides

  • Marketing resources

  • PDF bundles

  • Digital files via Google Drive / Download links

Since these products are downloadable and cannot be returned, our refund rules are different from physical goods.


2. No Refund Policy (General Rule)

Because digital products are instantly downloadable and shareable, we follow a strict no-refund policy once the product is delivered.

Refunds will NOT be provided if:

  • You purchased the product by mistake

  • You changed your mind

  • You thought the product was something else

  • You don’t have enough storage space or device compatibility

  • You expected extra content not mentioned on the website

  • You lost access due to your own deletion

Please check product details carefully before purchasing.


3. Replacement or Refund in Special Cases

We provide a replacement or full refund only in the following genuine situations:

3.1. Wrong Product Received

If you receive a different product from what you purchased.

3.2. File Not Working / Corrupted

If the file is damaged, corrupted, or not opening properly.

3.3. Payment Deducted but Product Not Delivered

If money has been deducted from your account, but:

  • You did not receive an email

  • You did not get your download link

  • Access to Google Drive was not provided within 24 hours

3.4. Duplicate Payment

If you were charged more than once for the same product.


4. Conditions for Approval

To process your request, you must provide:

  • Order ID

  • Payment proof (screenshot)

  • Email used for purchase

  • Issue description

  • Screenshot/video of the problem (if applicable)

We may take 24–48 hours to verify and resolve the issue.


5. How to Request a Replacement or Refund

Our team will verify your request and respond as soon as possible.


6. Download & Access Responsibility

Once access to the file has been provided, it is your responsibility to:

  • Download and save the file

  • Keep a backup

  • Avoid sharing or distributing (violates terms)

We cannot resend files after an extended period unless proof of purchase is shown.


7. No Refund for Shared/Abused Products

We strictly do not offer refunds if:

  • You shared the digital product publicly

  • You distributed the product illegally

  • You requested a refund after downloading the product successfully

  • Drive access shows multiple downloads from unauthorized locations

Such actions may lead to account suspension or legal action.


8. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time.
Any changes will be displayed with a “Last Updated” date.
